Mr. Damon Hudson, KeyPoint Government Solutions Inc. (KeyPoint) President for Inspection and Clearance Services, addressed members of the Conference on Asian Pacific American Leadership (CAPAL) (in conjunction with the Sejong Society), at a recent event held at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, Washington, DC.
Mr. Hudson presented on a panel with members from the Intelligence Community focusing on the “ins and outs” of the security clearance process. Mr. Hudson answered questions covering a broad spectrum within the comprehensive security clearance process, including security clearance timelines, how to obtain a security clearance, clearance expiration dates with associated periodic re-investigation procedures, varying types of security clearances, and standard protocol for maintaining a clearance. Mr. Hudson is an experienced professional in field of personnel security and has more than a decade of investigative experience in a variety of capacities within state and federal markets.

William A. Davidson Joins KeyPoint Advisory Board
Loveland, CO. – KeyPoint is pleased to announce the addition of William A. Davidson as the newest member of its Advisory Board. Named in 2011 among the “most influential people in security” by Security Magazine, Mr. Davidson is currently the CEO of Bill Davidson Associates, LLC, a firm providing consulting and advisory service to government and private entities focusing on security, law enforcement, intelligence and organizational development. Prior to his retirement from federal service in October 2011, Mr. Davidson served as the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force, Washington, D.C. As the Senior Security Official for the Department of the Air Force, he was responsible for the information, personnel and industrial security programs; security oversight for U.S. treaty issues; special access programs; and antiterrorism programs.
Having recently retired after 43 years of government service, I am proud to announce my decision to accept an appointment to the Board of Advisers of KeyPoint Government Solutions,” Davidson said. “Given my background and KeyPoint’s mission, this is a perfect match and allows me to continue to help improve our government security and investigative programs."
Prior to his distinguished career in the Senior Executive Service, Mr. Davidson served as an active-duty Air Force officer for more than 22 years, serving as an Air Force Office of Special Investigations agent and Chief of the Air Force Polygraph Program. At the time of his retirement from active duty, he was the Deputy for Security and Investigative Programs within the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force. He retired in the rank of colonel and entered the Senior Executive Service in 1990.

Mr. Davidson is a graduate of Florida State University (BS-Law Enforcement and Corrections) and George Washington University (MS-Criminal Justice). He is a member of the International Association of Police (IACP), American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and the Air Force Association (AFA).
