KeyPoint’s Information and Data Services Group provides background information and primary source document gathering for government and commercial entities. KeyPoint’s solutions deliver information that assists government agencies and contractors in determining personnel risks. The services center on internal suitability requirements and security clearance adjudication factors.

KeyPoint developed a delivery system and network for fulfilling preliminary background investigations and primary source document retrieval for all Army National Guard recruits. Using our in-depth knowledge and understanding of information sources, we deployed a nationwide network of researchers to gather primary sources. This is a first-of-its-kind network that can gather primary documents nationwide, including birth certificates, marriage licenses, education transcripts and divorce decrees.
